About us

When bought, the house was a ruin, with no floors and no roof. We have enjoyed restoring this lovely old building into the home and business it is today. Our dream to open a unique and comfortable bed and breakfast has been enhanced by the furniture and fittings we bought back from Africa, Asia and Europe. Between us, we have spent a total of eight years in Africa and have a passion for the continent as a whole, but East Africa in particular - we met each other in Zanzibar, so it has a special place in our hearts!  Paxos is our home, but we also love to travel in the winters, gaining fresh perspectives on life through seeing a variety of other cultures all over the world. See our 'winter travels' page for where we have been recently! Our home in Paxos is a reflection of our love for travel and our enjoyment of Greek life and culture.

We are keen gardeners - our garden is a great place to relax and unwind. In addition, we both love to cook - the breakfasts offered are all either home-made or natural products sourced from our travels in europe. We enjoy opening our home to people, we aim to provide a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere with comfortable furnishings.
